Our refund policy is straightforward: if you’re unsatisfied with one of our products for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you’re entitled to a full refund, no justification required. Click here to visit our Support Center and request a refund.
- We respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days.
- We don’t require you to explain or justify why a title didn’t work for you.
- If your request is flagged for human review (see below), a person will look at it and we’ll communicate the outcome directly.
- We don’t do exchanges, simply because the products are digital — if a title isn’t right for you, request a refund and choose something else.
A note on reconciliation, separate from refunds
Some users who feel a title isn’t working are actually experiencing reconciliation — a normal part of the process that can look and feel like the product failing when it’s actually doing real work. If you’re unsure which is true for you, we’re genuinely happy to talk it through before you decide. You can reach us through the Support Center or post on the forum, where experienced users and staff can help you sort out what you’re experiencing. This is offered as support, not as a condition of getting a refund. If you’ve thought it through and you want your money back, request the refund — that’s what the policy is for.
Fraud detection and human review
We use standard fraud detection on the payment side, and a small number of refund requests get flagged for closer review — usually for patterns like unusually high purchase volume followed by immediate refund requests, or signals from the payment processor.
Flagged requests are reviewed by a person on our Trust & Security team, not decided by software. Most resolve in the customer’s favor. If we determine that the refund policy is being abused — for example, repeatedly purchasing titles, requesting refunds, and keeping the files — we may place a temporary hold on new purchases (typically 30 days) or, in clearer cases, restrict future purchases entirely. Each decision is made by a human reviewer based on the specifics, not by automated rules. Bypassing a restriction by registering a new account forfeits the right to future refunds.
Account Termination
In cases of severe or sustained abuse of our refund policy and terms of service, we reserve the authority to permanently close accounts. In those cases, refunds for previous purchases will not be issued. For further details, please refer to our terms of service.
