If an individual communicates discriminatory comments against a protected class on our forum, against any customer, to our support team, or through any other channel owned or moderated by Subliminal Club, we reserve the right to deny future service and close current store accounts.

For the purposes of this policy, “religion” includes individuals who identify as atheist, agnostic, or who hold any other similar ideology or lack thereof. Discrimination against a person for not holding religious beliefs is treated the same as discrimination based on religious belief.

Use of Religious Belief as a Shield

This policy does not grant any individual the right to antagonize others by invoking religious belief. Religion is a protected class; it is not a license to harass, demean, or provoke other individuals.

Moderation of Antagonistic Discourse

If conversations on our forum or in other moderated channels become excessively antagonistic — for example, political disputes that escalate beyond reasonable discourse — we reserve the right to moderate, lock, or remove those threads, as well as close the accounts of repeat offenders. This authority flows from our ownership and operation of the platform and is exercised at our discretion to preserve a constructive environment for all customers.

Threats, Harassment, and Disruptive Conduct

In accordance with the laws of the United States of America, any individual making threats of any kind, attempted doxxing of customers or staff, causing extreme discord, or engaging in highly disruptive behavior is also subject to account closure. All such issues will be reported to the appropriate authorities, which may include the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (including their Hate Crimes division), as well as local law enforcement in the jurisdictions of both Subliminal Club and the offending individual.
