Went From Closer to Sales Manager — Doubled Monthly Revenue in 30 Days

I came into a marketing agency as a closer, but then somehow became the sales manager and doubled their monthly revenue in about 30 days. There's a huge amount of respect and trust that I have to run this department however I want. That's interesting because I've never been a sales manager in my life.
