Significant mindset shift today: invested in a sales course I had been delaying for a long time. Previously I was waiting until I achieved better results before spending on development. The thinking that emerged was: "I'm going to invest in myself because I know I'm capable of making it back." That's a fundamental change — investing from confidence in my earning capacity rather than waiting for external validation first.
