HERO Earth: Endurance and Flexibility Exploding — Nearly a Full Split After Only 2 Weeks of Work

From Earth my entire physical capabilities have improved but my endurance and flexibility increased the most. Speed, reflexes, and timing are second in improvement but still improving rapidly. I can run and jump rope endlessly. I can almost do a full split which I started to work on only 2 weeks ago.
