One Loop of HERO Earth — Unlocked a Martial Arts Hip Rotation I Could Never Do Before

Did one loop of Earth yesterday, started moving weirdly, dancing and stretching — it was very fun. Went into the shower and the water running down my body felt amazing. Today tried some kicks on the bag and without even trying I managed to improve my technique and use something I never managed to do before. You are supposed to rotate the leg inward with the hips while throwing the kick and I never ever was able to do it — today I just did it and it makes so much sense. Amazing.
