After one loop of Art of War, I woke up with joy two mornings in a row. A paradigm shift on attachment patterns.

Still only had one loop of exposure to Art of War, but it's the gift that keeps on giving. This is the second morning in a row that I've woken up with an intense amount of joy — a love of life, a burst of gratitude, and subtly a confidence about the day ahead. I had a pretty intense emotional event from a loop of Primal Seduction a few days ago. Art of War helped me heal all the recon from it, learn the lessons, and move on more confidently. First it gave me the sense that the past was the past and it doesn't need to affect the present. It was also energetic — I literally felt the turmoil leaving my body. Then it reconnected me to the habits that work best when I'm at my best. And once I was back in a powerful state, Art of War helped me dive deep into why I'm consistently attracted to a certain type of chaotic woman — journaling voice memos that led to profound insights, research, and a literal paradigm shift in how I understand my patterns. The recon caused by a negative experience was cleared, and then turned into growth.
