On the healing side: Crisis & Flashback Warrior is nothing like Khan Total Breakdown. With CFW, I know exactly what's being worked on. I can feel myself healing consciously and see myself discovering new lessons, new blind spots. Total Breakdown was brutal and chaotic — CFW is clear, almost pleasant. I feel strong re-examining situations that used to destroy me.
