14-module custom breakdown: Serum X delivered all-day pump, Pragyaa boosted loop tolerance to 15+

Running a Q custom with: Omnidimension, Pragyaa, Dominion, Tyrant, Male Enhancement, DEUS, Ares, Merger of Worlds, Emperor Height Inducer, Physical Shifter-Sexiness, Februus, Mosaic, Overdrive, Serum X, Yggdrasil. Pragyaa enhanced my capacity to listen to subs greatly without reconciliation — went from 4-8 loops (10 tops) per day up to 15 loops. At 18 loops I started to get recon like my mind was unraveling, but that was with only 5 hours of sleep. Serum X: very noticeable. All-day pump. Seems to help with chronic pain too, but with power rather than relaxation. Dominion and/or Tyrant: I really feel in charge of my reality — it's my world, extreme high status, like my power and mind are on another level. All in a healthy ego way. Male Enhancement: keep feeling and envisioning I have an enormous member energetically. More comfort, when I look in the mirror I feel increasingly proud. Merger of Worlds: increased speed, ability to discern what is what. During intense recon I believe I can hear deeper thoughts I've never heard before — not like regular thinking, but like me speaking from beyond/deeper than me. More self-trust about what is happening in my experience. Physical Shifter-Sexiness: I just look more and more attractive to myself. My beard is definitely growing or forming differently. I get an energetic sense of more of a V-shape. Februus: stuff keeps popping up and dissolving — I can see it visually in my mind's eye. I just feel cleansed and more in alignment with who I want to be.
