After Eight Months of Silence, She Wished Me a Great Weekend

Journal entry, December 11th. Excellent sleep, infinite patience, positivity throughout the day replacing my former negativity. The telling moment: a staff member at my allergy clinic who had given me only brief professional responses for eight straight months unexpectedly said "have a great weekend" with warmth in her voice. It sounds minor. But these occurrences have become too obvious and too frequent to dismiss. I give Chosen credit for internal benefits — reduced negativity, sustained optimism — and the external results seem to follow. I wake up every day expecting it to be better than the day before. That expectation itself is pure bliss.
